Ahhh cookie dough. It truly is amazing. Whether you bake it into cookies or just eat it right out of the tub (my favorite)! But, sometimes it is easy to get a stomach ache because of the raw eggs and tons of sugar. So, I present to you the super healthy and delicious dairy-free peanut butter chocolate chip protein cookie dough.
The great part about this stuff is it pretty much tastes good on anything. You can spread it on toast, eat it straight outta the jar, put it in your morning oatmeal, or even put it on top of a healthy brownie. (Yes, I am guilty of this!)
My mom loves cookie dough and she said it tasted just like cookie dough, if not better than the regular unhealthy version! That certainly sounds like a successful recipe to me. And, not only is it healthy, but it also has a nice boost of protein from my favorite protein powder which you can get here for an amazing deal!
