What’s better than fudge? Probably nothing. Well maybe there are a few things, but not much. This was actually my first time trying to make fudge, and it turned out to be a success! There is nothing like biting in to a soft piece of delicious fudge. Especially my grandmother’s peanut butter fudge. Wow! That stuff is to die for.
I decided to make my own version of this delicate treat. It is completely healthy and refined sugar free. I think it is a win-win situation hear. I get fudge, and it is healthy.
The base of this recipe uses coconut oil, my favorite coconut butter, and a banana. Yes a banana in dark chocolate mint fudge. Trust me, it works.
To complete this awesome fudge, I topped each of the slices of fudge with a chunk of cool mint chocolate Krush protein bar. These bars are high fiber, low sugar and just flat out taste great. My taste buds are now satisfied.
