It has been raining here in Indianapolis for like almost the past week. There has maybe been a day or two with no rain. I don’t know what it is with Indiana, but it seems like the weather is bad more days than it is good. It pretty rained all day yesterday. Then, when I was heading to work, my car was dead. The days wasn’t off to the greatest start.
But, making this peanut butter chocolate chip protein french toast last night definitely was a good end to the day. I love french toast so much. It doesn’t matter what kind it is. I really could just eat it plain, but that would be kind of boring.
I added some Beast Sports Nutrition vanilla protein powder to the egg mixture that I dipped the french toast in. After cooking it, I topped it with a drizzle of peanut butter and some mini chocolate chips. Last but not least. I had to add some mini chocolate chip cookies because you can never go wrong with cookies!
