I think I pretty much say it every time, but I am going to say it yet again. These are definitely some of the best muffins I have made. I made them a couple nights ago to take with me on my way to Tucson. I was even kind enough to share a few of them with my teammates I was heading to Tucson with.
The flavor combination of these is really what made them so special. If you have never had chocolate and banana together, you have to try it. The banana bread muffins filled with milk chocolate chunks is literally like dessert. Except it’s healthy and you won’t feel guilty for eating it!
Each one has just over 100 calories and about 6 grams of protein. I used my Beast Sports vanilla protein combined with stevia and ripe banana to give this recipe all the sweetness it needed. And, by using the mashed banana and Greek yogurt, these muffins are super moist without needing to add butter or oil.
