I introduce you peanut butter brownie protein oatmeal. I am going to keep this short and sweet because the shorter this is, the quicker you can get to making possibly one of the most delicious oatmeal recipes of all time.
Peanut Butter Brownie Protein Oatmeal.
Yes, this is probably the 6,054th thing I have made with chocolate and peanut butter, but I’m not going to apologize because they are the best combo ever. Even better than peanut butter and jelly. I know I’m going to get some opinions on that!
What makes this oatmeal so nutritious, creamy, and packed with protein?
Collagen.
Yep, I am lucky enough to be an ambassador for HVMN this year, and I am super excited. Use this LINK to receive 15% off all of their collagen (unflavored, chocolate, vanilla) and their MCT Oil powder! I had been wanting to try their products, and now that I have them, I can honestly tell you they are amazing. In this recipe, I used the Keto+ Chocolate Collagen Powder. Personally, I am not keto, but if you are then you can still use this collagen.
Quick little side note on the benefits of collagen from HVMN
- promotes healthy hair, skin and nails
- builds strong joints and bones
- promotes a youthful glow
- rich in protein
- Keto & Paleo approved
- TASTES AMAZING! (this one is my personal observation!)
Now, for the peanut butter and brownie aspects, as you’d expect, I added peanut butter and brownies.
Peanut flour
But, this recipe is still super low calories because I used PB Fit, which is defatted peanut flour. All the amazing peanut butter taste and nearly no fat, and more protein.
This might be my favorite recipe of all time. I topped the oatmeal with some of my favorite protein black bean brownies. In the recipe, I made a little chocolate peanut butter topping. I didn’t have that on these which I topped the oatmeal with, but you certainly can’t go wrong with a little extra chocolate and peanut butte.r
