I’m not sure why, but pudding is such a satisfying thing to eat. Maybe I’m crazy and the only one who feels this way. The only problem is that most puddings are filled with sugar and artificial ingredients. Not this one. This 2-ingredient cappuccino protein pudding is super quick, and healthy.
Only 2 ingredients are needed. Just cappuccino casein protein powder and milk. I used almond milk, but any other milk would work fine. Cashew would be great for the creaminess. Or even a 2%/whole milk for creaminess if you can handle dairy.
There is no reason not to make this one. It is great for a nighttime snack due to the slow releasing casein which will help with muscle repair overnight.
- 2 scoops [url href=”http://bit.ly/MacroChefMCC” target=”_blank”]Ascent Cappuccino micellar casein protein[/url]
- 2 cups milk of choice*
- Add protein powder and 1 cup of milk to a large bowl. Mix well.
- Slowly add the rest of the milk as you mix. It will continue to thicken as the casein protein absorbs the liquid.
- Divide into two bowls, and enjoy!
