Chia pudding has slowly become one of my favorite things to make. It is super easy to make, tastes amazing, has great fiber and nutrients from the chia seeds, and stores really well in the fridge. And, of course for this one, I had to make it a chocolate peanut butter protein chia pudding since chocolate and peanut butter are the best combo of all time!
This recipe seriously only takes 4 ingredients. Or, 5 if you count the pinch of salt as an ingredient. All you need is milk, which I used unsweetened almond milk but any milk will work for the recipe. Then add the chia seeds, BSN Syntha-6 chocolate peanut butter protein powder, peanut butter, and a bit of salt. I like adding the salt since it seems to enhance the flavour of the sweetness in the chocolate.
Once you mix everything together, just let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and it is ready to enjoy.
I really like to have it ready in the fridge for whenever I want a snack. It is filling, protein-packed, and makes you feel like you are eating an unhealthy pudding, but in reality it is quite healthy and nutritious.
